  Empowering Cambodia is an International Non Government Organisation operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia and in accordance with our Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal Government of Cambodia ~ Ministry of Foreign Affairs ~ International Cooperation Our ministries heart is to equip, empower and enrich the lives of the Cambodian people by providing long term solutions through the provision of quality development projects and together with our dedicated team of locals, Donors and Volunteers, we have the amazing privilege of doing just that. In the words of John F. Kennedy ... 'One person can make a difference and everyone should try'. Opportunities abound in our project and it is full of exciting ventures emanating out of our Community Development Centres that include:- ~ Water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH) ~ Agriculture & Horticulture ~ Developing communities through capacity building projects for Children, Youth & Adults ~ Vocational Skills Training ~ Establishing Sustainable Business Enterprises ~ Serving on local and international non government organisation Boards and Councils.
